We affirm that no person or agency has, or ought to have, the right to infringe on the basic rights inherent to mankind. Our mission is to protect those whose freedoms and liberties are threatened; we do this through the application of sound ethics and time-tested values. We provide a refuge and a support network to any person or organization that sides with honesty and integrity in upholding these standards. Any entity--no matter their size, power or influence--that seeks to undermine such people or organizations should be held accountable and we deliberately seek such accountability. In short, we esteem ourselves a helping hand to the common American, defending their rights, freedoms, and dreams by actively promoting common liberty.

 

 

The Recapture Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that promotes the well-being of people of good will. The purpose of Recapture Institute is to educate and raise awareness to constitutional principles of federalism, public land use and related research including archaeology, species, soil, mineral, grazing, and other agriculture related matters. Ours is a grass-roots organization which hopes to foster better understanding and awareness of the political issues which impact the daily lives of Americans. We provide field schools for education and information. We seek to effect policy through common sense and sound science. We hire archaeologists, botanists, historians, and other cultural specialists to inform our decisions and direct our policies. We interface with federal and state agencies and with the general public to encourage solutions that work for all.
